Awakening 2007

Ashland, Va. Awakening 2007 was held at Randolph Macon College on March 24, 2007 with hundreds of young people from around the state in attendance. This years event included well-known inspirational youth speaker, David Burke, and Christian bands, Charlie Hall, Grits, Jacob's Ladder ,and Woodlawn UMC's youth choir Voices of Praise. As a result of the event, Blaze undertook to contribute support to a 5 year old girl named Michelle who lives in Columbia, South America through Compassion International.
